01. Data We Collect
1.1 Google Account Info: We access your name, email, and profile picture via Google OAuth. We require permissions to "Send email on your behalf" to enable our core automation service.
1.2 Lead Data: This includes names, emails, and professional context of individuals you choose to contact. We do NOT scrape your entire address book. We only process data you explicitly upload or ingest via the Visual Ingest tool.
1.3 Payment Info: Payment details are collected by our processors (Stripe/Razorpay). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
02. The "Zero-Access" Guarantee
Isolation System:
Your lead databases and synthesized communications are cryptographically isolated at the row level. Our system administrators, technical support staff, and engineering team have NO capability to view, export, or access your private contact lists or sent messages. Your data is yours alone.
03. Use of AI & Processing
We use Large Language Models (LLMs) to synthesize outreach templates. Your emails are NOT used to train global AI models. Data sent to our AI providers is anonymized where possible and processed under strict ephemeral confidentiality.
04. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account remains active. If you cancel your subscription and request deletion, your operational data will be purged from our primary database within 30 days. Backups may retain data for up to 90 days.
05. Regional Compliance
India: We comply with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
EU/UK: We adhere to GDPR principles regarding data minimization, purpose limitation, and user rights (Access, Portability, Erasure).
USA: We respect CCPA rights for California residents regarding the right to know and the right to delete.
Requesting Deletion
